Please review the below Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for your e-learning class.
Corse certification
ColdHair Milano online Academy is strictly intended for the purchaser.
It will not be shared/ duplicated/ or downloaded.
Skill requirements
It is recommended that the certified stylist is able to cut hair into the desired look created when using ColdHair Milano
After certification
I, consent to using ColdHair in the method of which I was trained in. Any misuse and negligence is my sole responsibility and not that of Coldhair Academy.
Training and Exam
I, consent that all my training and Exam will be used on a mannequin head only. I acknowledge that if I use a live model for my training purposes and Exam, my certification will not be approved.
Replacement of Goods.
ColdHair Academy is not responsible for the replacement of any kit item unless deemed defective by Manufacturer.
The value of the item will be determined by manufacturer.
ColdHair Academy will not issue refunds on any portion of the training.
ColdHair Academy cannot prevent or predict state/provincial regulations that arise after the event and is not responsible for any regulations that are enforced after
training. It is the responsibility of the student to research the regulations in their province/territory.
Copyright / Non-compete Policy.
Canadian and International copywrite laws covers all proprietary materials used in the training videos. Copies and distribution or reproduction of ColdHair Academy training materials is prohibited. Once certified you are not allowed to teach the ColdHair method other than with the express written consent from Coldhair educators Marion Mora or Patricia Tsafaras
Dispute Resolution.
Any buyer dispute placed on PayPal, Square, or any third party payment processing system is in violation of the agreed to Terms & Conditions and is expressly prohibited. Violation of the agreed to Terms &Conditions will be pursued through individual arbitration
Defamation
The use of slander, defamation, or any false claims made against ColdHair Academy. ( or it’s instructors), is strictly prohibited and is in violation of the student Terms & Conditions agreed to upon registration. This includes, but is not limited to, all forms of social media and online forums.
ColdHair Academy is protected by Canadian defamation laws and holds the right to pursue any individual in breach of the above conditions. Falsified reviews and statements will be pursued accordingly.
